Role Overview:

We’re looking for a talented software solution engineer – pre-sales to develop and implement technical solutions for various digitalization projects. You’ll work with international clients, where you will implement different software solutions. If you’re adaptable and comfortable working with diverse teams from different countries, we want to hear from you!

Solution Engineer – Pre-Sales

Our software & services business unit supports our sales team to understand customers demand / challenges and see how we can support them in general in Manufacturing, Production & internal logistics domains.

Our different business units are:

Manufacturing Consultancy Service – @Site or in Projects

Lean Manufacturing Equipment – Equipment solutions for assembly & internal logistics.

Software & Services – Software and related services like application development & implementation.

In our software & services team, we have a variety of roles and tasks that are crucial to our success. We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team with the following capacities:

Pre-Sales – You will play a role in helping our customers and sales teams, by understanding client needs, proposing solutions that offer return on investment, and managing project timelines.

Software / Solution presentation – showcasing our software and solutions and demonstrating their value and how they can solve the challenges of our customers.

Project leadership – Lead projects by managing resources according to needs, competencies, and software requirements. Your leadership will guide our projects to successful completion.

Customer Support – Provide support to our existing customers, both directly and by aiding their journey towards success.

Application Development – Engage in both no-code and traditional coding practices to develop innovative applications.

Systems Integration – Utilize the latest in IIoT technology to integrate our software with ERP, PLM, MES, WMS systems, and sensors, enhancing operational efficiency and data flow.

Our portfolio of software solutions enables customers to collect and analyze data, driving improvements and efficiency in their operations. With the growing market demand for feeding Digital Twins and providing the industry with accurate data and analysis tools.

We are looking for a Solution Engineer – Pre-Sales

Experience with supporting the sales and development team.

  • Experience as a project leader of a software implementation project.
  • Good understanding of production and logistics flow.
  • Good skills in communication and a solid background in leading a moderate-sized team/projects.
  • Experience with data management.
  • Experience of Agile work methods
  • Experience in understanding clients’ specs or internal specs.
  • Interested in working with standardization and knowledge sharing.
  • Good understanding of what it takes to get a happy customer.

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification requirement:

–  3+ years of experience working within manufacturing industry

–  Bachelor’s degree in some engineering / software engineering or equivalent knowledge     from Industry

– Computer science background is a plus; at a minimum you know some SQL and have some basic coding experience.

Skill required:

–  Experience in continues improvement and change management

–  Willingness to learn fast and a demonstrated ability to lead by example

–  Interest in Lean Manufacturing

–  Good understanding of classic automation & sensor technology
